Eric Lieberman has served as the president of QES Inc. since 1993. His experience and expertise make him an invaluable partner for builders and developers in and around LA County. He has managed acquisitions and entitlements of master-planned communities and guided development approvals for over 500 projects in and around Los Angeles including Ventura, Simi Valley, Camarillo, and Santa Clarita. Projects have included transit-oriented communities, affordable housing, single-family subdivisions, multi-family condominium projects, and mixed-use, commercial, and conversion developments among several others. He has been married for 22 years and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. They love to camp, hike, and travel. Eric spends as much time as he can outdoors because he finds solace in nature. He enjoys music and writing and loves to read. He enjoys land use entitlement work because he values community. Land use planning is at the core of great cities and great neighborhoods. We are all connected by the earth, and how we use the land under our feet binds us together as people.
